Coretone Fitness Classes
Core Tone group classes combine Low Pressure Fitness techniques with other fitness tendencies such as suspension training or some Pilates and yoga moves.
A 60 minute workout in which every movement will follow the “hypopressive principles", spreading your body awareness and allowing you to build the natural tone necessary for correct posture and core function without putting into risk your pelvic floor and back integrity.
Our group classes allow you to progress from beginner moves to more challenging exercises as you gain sensitivity in mind and body. You will leave every session feeling invigorated.
Clients MUST attend to a taster workshop or book a private assessment before joining group classes.

Coretone Private Introductory Sessions
A 90 minute session in which you will learn what is the hypopressive technique and a basic exercise routine to then practice at home on your own.
This is a great option for busy moms that don't have time to attend our classes regularly but they are able to commit to 10-20 minutes practice regularly at home at their own convenience. During this session you will learn the correct execution of each exercise and you can choose between a video or a pdf document with your routine to take home.
If after a period of time you fell like you need a review or you want to learn more exercises, we have 45 min follow up sessions available.
Coretone Videoconference Sessions
Core tone offers the possibility of learning hypopressives through videoconference for those who don't live in Sydney area or don't have time to come to the studio.
This service consists of a first 90 min session in which you will learn the breathing and postural technique and a short sequence of 4 exercises specifically chosen to cater your needs. You will also receive a PDF document with the exercises explained.
During the first week we highly recommend practising as often as possible during 10 to 20 minutes, we will be very happy to assist you with any questions that may have arisen from the practice. After a week or two, we will book a second 60 min follow up session to check your progression and make any correction if required.
45 minutes follow up sessions are also available if you wish to extend your exercise sequence or you require more asistance.
